Join us at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre for a weekend of high-stakes competition, community, and unforgettable adventure!
Ticket Information
Price: £38
Refund Policy: Refunds available until fourteen days before the event. After this deadline, refunds are not guaranteed as per our Organized Play Events Terms & Conditions - OPE Tickets. Refunds available until 23:59 Friday 25th September 2026.
Refund Fee: A 25% processing fee applies to all refunds.
Ticket Rules:
One ticket per person, per account
Tickets are non-transferable
Resale is strictly prohibited — any resold tickets will be voided without refund, and the seller will be reported to Bandai
You must provide your full Bandai TCG+ Membership Number during ticket purchase which includes any leading zeroes at the start of the number. No other formatting is accepted. An example of a full TCG+ Membership Number is "0000001234".

- Tickets will continue to be raffled off until either; everyone with a Regionals Ticket has had a chance to purchase, or the event sells out.
- If there are any remaining tickets after all Regionals Ticket holders have a chance to purchase, they will be put on general sale at a later date.
- Successful winners of the raffle will receive an email notification advising them to purchase their ticket within one week of notification, or their invite will be removed and re-raffled to another player.

Format: Extra Regulation Constructed
Player Capacity: 1,024
Player Information Pack:
All registered players will receive a Player Pack via email closer to the event, including detailed registration steps and decklist submission deadlines.
Tournament Structure:
Rounds: Up to 10 Swiss rounds (based on attendance)
Match Format: Best of 1, 30-minute rounds
Start Time: Final registration and decklist submission close at 7AM. Round 1 begins at 9am.
Day 1: Swiss Rounds based on player count until there is 1 undefeated player, or the 10 rounds finish.
