Hello Pilots of Europe! Organized Play Events is proud to bring not one but THREE Gundam events to the legendary UK Games Expo! Join us at the National Exhibition Centre In Birmingham for a weekend of high-stakes competition, community, and unforgettable adventure!

🎟️ Tickets

• Price: Side Events - £20 / 2v2 Newtype Challenge £40 per Team 

• Refund Policy: Refunds available until fourteen days before the event. After this deadline, refunds are not guaranteed as per our Organized Play Events Terms & Conditions - OPE Tickets.

• Refund Fee: A 25% processing fee applies to all refunds.

• Ticket Rules:

  • One ticket per person, per account

  • Tickets are non-transferable

  • Resale is strictly prohibited — any resold tickets will be voided without refund, and the seller will be reported to Bandai

  • You must provide your Bandai TCG+ ID during ticket purchase. Incorrect details may not be imported correctly into the event.

  • You MUST also hold a UK Games Expo Admission Ticket to play in this event, valid for all days you play in this event.

Format:  Constructed

Player Capacity: 32

Player Information Pack:
All registered players will receive a Player Pack via email closer to the event, including detailed registration steps and decklist submission deadlines.

Tournament Structure:

• Rounds: Up to 5 Swiss rounds (based on attendance)

• Match Format: Best of 1, 30-minute rounds

• Start Time: Final registration closes at 10:45AM with Round 1 Beginning at 11:00AM For Fridays Event. For Sunday these times are 09:45AM and 10:00AM Respectively

Day 1: Swiss Rounds based on player count, No Top Cut

Format: 2v2 Team Constructed

Player Capacity: 40 Teams

Player Information Pack:
All registered players will receive a Player Pack via email closer to the event, including detailed registration steps and decklist submission deadlines.

Tournament Structure:

• Rounds: Up to 6 Swiss rounds (based on attendance)

• Match Format: Best of 1, 35-minute rounds

• Start Time: Final registration closes at 12:45PM with Round 1 Beginning at 13:00PM.

Day 1: Swiss Rounds based on player count, No Top Cut
